Shareholders & especially Sir Ron were critical of the previous board for the timeline which they were proposing to resolve MMX.
Sir Ron has now met their timeline and the process is dragging out again.
The last update stated that they would have the independant experts advise out shortly, its now end of May and nothing.
There could be a problem! Which I have said all along, the buyback will reduce MMX's cash to a point where the interest generated by the cash cannot cover the basic costs to keep MMX listed. How can a board recommend such action when they now what the result will be!
