The bottom line in all this seems to be that if Potter wants to see the thing sold to TLW at the agreed price, then that's what will happen. It sure makes a mockery of disclosure etc doesn't it. This 'do what we like and sod the rest' mentality reminds me of the Davnet days - those boys (30 odd people) lived at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago (I'm not kidding) for many months while supposedly setting up the US business !
Hmmmmmm, makes the 2.02 look pretty good !
