I haven't looked at Tullow in any detail, but I am definitely not against taking up the scrip offer. I think there will be a fair amount of detail in the KPMG fair value report on that alternative. I guess I should start to assemble some research so I can make a balanced decision. I am assuming that Tullow/their advisors have carefully evaulated the options to be about the same, with perhaps some slight benefit from taking the scrip.
I am happy to hear contrary views on any of these comments because I definitely do not want to stuff up my opportunity to get out with may self respect intact.
