Most of you from what I can ascertain have been holding for a while.

With 120 million penalty, TLW will not pull out and if they do 120million in HDR will go a long way. Assuming that they do not want to pay 120million penalty (would you?) then what is the point in jumping now and not wait for maybe a month or a few weeks more. You had the shares for years! Whats more there is no down side!

Remember those who said they couldn't wait any longer and jumped at the 1.20 mark? Well, Friday evening and Monday morning made all the difference. 0.72 difference.
