But there are those regimes that are worse than others given the prospect of them having nukes.

There are those that hold them and the feeling widely held

...not of course by turban head or those rooting the veiled ones

...that they would not use them except in the most dire of circs

And then there are those who only a truely rabid lunatic, left-wing, radical, muslim-loving ratbag would feel comfortable with them having a nuclear capacity

The real point of my post was not who has and doesnt have miles..

...but that the highly vocal luantic fringe where you dwell cant wait to seize the oppotrunity to dump on the Yanks

....yet the Russkies and Chinese slip right under your radar

The point of the post was to highlight that and ask

...why???
