That "genocide" use is misleading and farcical . The Gazan population is still well over 2 million since Israel started responding to Hamas's terrorist attack on its civilians. In 15 years it will probably be double.
Genocide” refers to the physical destruction of an entire group in whole or in part that has been targeted on the basis of its identity. This is not Israel’s objective in Gaza.
