Two targets could refer to the oil and gas.

The wells drilled either side of the one we have an interest in were:

Falcon Seaboard no 2
Drilled in 1951

Sun Oil
This company changed its name to Sunoco in 1998.
No idea when they drilled the well.

Considering the length of time since drilling in this location it could be that both VIL & GGP beliee they have a better understanding of where to drill through seismic interprepation or other.
