Red - have pulled out my beautifully hand-drawn semi-log chart from that period. I had a perfect head and shoulders pattern with a slightly upslanting neckline. It nudged through that neckline that came through at $25 and then fell to just under $24 at the same time breaking the uptrend from the low. It is just that I remember the blessed thing so well as I "thought" it meant that the whole market was going to roll over - which of course it didn't. It had risen from $8.25 over a three year period.
