It is still a "potential" at this stage until proven, luck is the only factor for acquiring this tenement.
This is just the first step, are they competent /capable to advance to the next stage to unlock value for shareholders in reasonable time frame or we are looking at 3 to 5 years time frame before first well is drilled.
