Benson- the roaming decision is not at all important for TPG, but a life saver for TLS.
that's why the broker upgrades today and the SP went gangbusters for TGA.
if TLS fights the impending, negative decision in court, then that just confirms that their threat of no more investment in regional OZ is just a smokescreen. it's just a cash cow to their earnings anyway and they will be stuffed if they have to pack up and move out, and of course, they are still huffing and puffing and hyperventilating.
OK- what we need from PENN is a formal statement to the ACCC. in other words- get immobilized on the front foot.
