Hmm apologies, I didn't realise our history with Texas Okla Coal Co. & think I might got the above wrong
PAK acquired Texas Okla Coal Co in 2015 & as per a Quarterly Announcement, paid the TOCC shareholders with securities in PAK.
"Following consolidation of the Company's capital structure, the Company finalised its acquisition of Texas Oklahoma Coal Co. by issuing securities to TOCC's shareholders"

I'm presuming then that the shares that have come out of escrow would be these shares? Does anyone know if this is correct?
