Look on the bright side, they didn't go with a broker. Otherwise it may have been done at a lot lower price and more dilution for the same dollars.
Also, i'm assuming they are going into good hands and not sold/slaughted on market as brokers do?
ps( The underwriter is paying .10c whether u take ur allocation or not! End of story )
