Statistical significance SS is easy to show in a small group if the contrast between the placebo and PBT2 group results are obviously very different. If there's only a small differences between the groups you may not be able to show SS. Maybe similar to some of the secondary end points the REACH2HD. I'm hoping that our technical team are that confident that they felt they only needed a small group. Imagine the cost of 500+
