I wonder if a cashed up arrow (or some other party) might be buying a strategic stake?
There are others out there that could really make MEL's assets work at current prices.
If the expected announcement on the size of Kingfisher is positive or further gas is found deeper, there will be plenty of parties watching this closely (and buying) - given the serious potential upside that the market is yet to factor in!
About time Charlie Aitken takes a look and puts a buy up to $1.50 on it - he seems to have a golden touch or just an ability to move markets in some small caps (CPR,KAM, IFL, RED, ....)
