I know that Jonesboy it depends on area and that and doesn't reflect much, if you a lot selling more affluent area in one quarter prices will reflect in the median. But if it dropped 8.5% would the bears admit that, no I doubt it thats what make laugh every state, every city, every suburb is in a perpetual state of price fluction depending on land size, type of house and whole a lot of factors. But all that being said they haven't come down no matter what bear spin is put on it.
