Do you really think ME is in a position to chase up the presidential decree? I cannot imagine so. I imagine Gogne Seye is managing this aspect and given the importance of the offshore exploration in Senegal (for Senegal and FAR) she will be pushing hard but fighting against the inefficiencies of the political system in-country.

I imagine that FAR will receive an official letter over the coming days confirming the 3 year extension pending the signed Decree. I imagine this will allow FAR to provide certainty to potential farm-in partners initially/possibly from the UK.

If Kora is successful I imagine FAR will then be in a position to bring in further partners on FAR?s terms resulting in an attractive outcome for FAR in Senegal.

I could be completly wrong so please dont act on anything I say. Pure conjecture.
