Manlai1...I also approached the company back in January & was given the same info - FAR participate in Kora regardless of the Senegal Decree being signed prior.
Be great to see the Decree come through soon though, not only to relieve nerves, but IMO it would boost the SP dramatically in the lead up to Kora spud. For this reason I don't mind if Kora spud is delayed so the SP can have a better build up to spud.
