There seems to be a complete misunderstanding of the importance of this presidential decree.It is business as usual for FAR.Oil leases are controlled by international law and treaty.Senegal can not simply rescind the lease,they would have to have a legitimate reason...and FAR have so far fulfilled all of its obligations legally and more.
