manlai1 - please see the footnote on page 9 on FAR's most recent presentation from the INDABA forum.
It states the agreement between FAR and Ophir is "subject to a number of conditions INCLUDING approval by the relevant authorities being the AGC joint authority and the Republic of Senegal."
It would be great if FAR could actually clarify this point for all shareholders and get that decree through!!
