There's no way in the world that FAR would be signing an agreement that contained a 'termination for convenience' clause. Investment of this magnitude (drilling) requires certainty, and such a clause deprives them of that certainly. No company would put money into a venture if that clause were present. The agreement will be watertight because both parties need it to be.
