Something is up with respect to the decree, but I can't work out what it is. You would think that a refusal to grant the extension would have come through pretty quickly (along with a refund of our $5m). Likewise ratifying a recommendation from the ministry shouldn't take this long either. So there's something more complex happening here, methinks.
Let's hope it is not a situation of:
No decree until we get another JV partner; JV partner won't sign until we get the decree.
It makes me a little nervous, but not nervous enough to sell. Hoping for news soon.
