Im not too worried. What ever is happening is more complex then a simple signature and these things take time.
If we were not getting the decree those in the know (institutions) would have jumped already. I never think a cone of silence is ever that silent. Not for a big player, most have fingers everywhere. Given that alot of the big guys got in @ 5.8 at the CR and we are now @ 14.5 any fund manager who has made 250% would say goodbye if something was off....so it tells me that nothing is off....
