ME REALLY needs to get his finger out and stop mucking around at these exhibitions, and instead be in Senegal on the ground pushing for that decree.
Without the decree being signed, there is no Kora drill and basically holders will lose a hell of a lot. African Petroleum are applying for FAR's tenements and there is a very real risk that FAR could lose them. Bluegold hold both African Petroleum and FAR, so they have hedged their bets either way.
ME has really gotta get down there, seal the deal and then we can all move forward and enjoy the price rise brought about by certainty.
