An amended EIS is underway as reported on page 10 of the Annual Report which states "Subsequent to pit optimisation studies and developmentof preliminary mining schedules, a proposed increase in the mining rate has been determined to provide superior project economics.
Amendments to the currently approved EIS is required and is currently underway".

There is no indication of what the increased tonnage will be so we will have to wait to see [ assuming approval ] by how much it exceeds the original 3 milion tonnes throughput.

I would think that there would not be the complexities associated with a new approval as there were with the old as CDU has the benefit of past experience in the process.
