All I can say is this, they mention several times they can measure brownian motion which is essentially the effect of atoms or molecules (usually measured in angstroms, or 10^-10m) onto larger particles in a fluid (does not necessarily mean liquid, gases are fluids too) which is an achievement unto itself.

The company doesn't say much about noise, which is inherent in all of these types of devices, unless they are situated in a vacuum or have some reference to block it, I would be concerned about that as lab environments often under-estimate the impact on noise and in such a sensitive device it could kill the entire concept. I am sure they have thought of this, but it is just food for thought.
