    Not sure that we are on the same page here Rustydog62. My concern is that the US subsidiary holds all the assets and all investments are focused on San Diego. If you were an Aussie investor in IBX:AUD that is putting all its raised funds (unsecured) into San Diego would you feel comfortable?
