They did NOT purchase shares in IBX and it was NOT near the top of the market. It was an equity stake for partial payment of fees owed by IBX to MD Anderson. It was 10,529,053 shares at around $793,000 so around 7.5 cents.
Too many people have pumped propaganda too draw in shareholders, and I think there is alot of people caught above the 7.5c range. There will be an opportunity when news comes that some are waiting for, and chance to recoup some money back before Captain Bob
steers this ship for a large capital raise for a trial of at least 500 patients and his next pay rise.
