I have seen time and again executives who may be ok at running a company, but leave too much on the table for the vultures who sweat on such raisings -for some of the spec end of the market, mismangement of such raisings can be like a terminal disease-causing a downward spiral -if u have plenty going for you like this company, we can normally roll with it -but it is our duty to protest when they have mucked it up
