For a start it is a board decision not a Ceo's alone.

And secondly plenty on here are stating they should wait until after the trial success and raise at a higher level. My view is what if there are issues with the trial or timing etc. The current raise will then be looked back on as a sound decision if any glitch is detrimental to the share price.

After 20+ years as a 708 investor i commend companies that take advantage of a strengthening price to raise funds (providing they will need them in future, which IBX will) if the opportunity presents itself as the alternative sees them having to raise with far greater dilution after a negative news event.

Also on a positive note is the aftermarket support we are seeing today due to the strong oversubscription and the story getting out to new investors.
