Maybe Bautou's 80,000t stockpile of REO has something to do with it?
Or maybe the expectation that total Chinese exports/ROW demand will come in at only 11,000t for the full year?
If Lynas & Moly are going to add another 60,000t to ROW supply next year perhaps RE's don't look like such a good investment anymore?
