for those who dont know Tai Sook Yee atlas non exec director, is a director at IMC, Why is this important?

IMC are in the business of ensuring supply of resources to third parties, usually chinease or indian have interest in locking down a project.

Its my un qualified view that they are eyeing Ridley.
