The fall now would be traders getting their capital out of IMC as the opportunity cost / losses of holding are too high. They bought the rumour but weren't patient enough to sell the future news/rumour.
Reason why a large majority of traders won't win is that they chase something that's already gone up 2-3x, expecting another multiple on their investment. I'm waiting till my target to top up.
