I don't believe a word of it! IMO its all about sour grapes about the off-take. Complete load of BS re them not being happy with the direction. Management (ie, Flannagan & Co) would be dictating the direction, not Nixon. Non-Executive Directors are there to offer feedback, guidance, approval etc - they are not there to develop strategy and direction. Its all a smokescreen IMO.

The whole situation is nothing short of a fiasco. Nixon has been treated disgracefully.
