Looking a bit closer at where we stand now I think that was the case the shipping company missed out and Nixon had to pay the price.

I looked at linq capital and they just sold 550 000 of their shares in AGO they would not have done that if they where part of a take-over scenario.

Also looking at the share register it would be hard to get the 90% needed as we have only about 100 Million shares in the large holder category and the rest are smaller holders who probably would resist a take-over at this stage.

Very glad to see this because I got really worried about a take-over as there is soo much more value in this company waiting to be unlocked.

feeling much better now after realised that this article was just another piece of ill advised research in a volatile market.
