IMC where are we at?

So I have been in IMC for a few months now but haven't commented here before.

I have read about the upcoming consolidation which i think is scheduled for March next year?

My question is how will this benefit IMC?

Looking at the charts IMC has already been at the levels that this consolidation will take it too, It was actually above the 30c mark. Will this consolidation gobble up or shares but will the share price again drift back lower and lower as has happened before. I understand there are different factors at play now with the sale over the counter of Travelan which I am hoping to see big increase since it has been released in Canada. Are there much more in the pipeline for the sale of this, management don't seem to give many updates?

I will try to do more research myself on this over the coming weeks.
When will the next financial reports be out to give us an indication of how travelan sales are doing?
