imd turning around from a 90% drop., page-8

elze.... have paid dearly for my dithering. starting 2 days ago tried to get IMD at 28c but juuust couldn't get them. Today tried at 29c and no luck. Decided to not chase the share and then yr latest post. guess what? yup...couldn't help myself and bought some at 31c!! broke all my rules.
immediately sellers sold a few down to 30c which confirms they are driving price down knowing a bonanza result due on Monday morning.

My reasearch shows:
1)company sales across the board have been very strong till end nov 2008.
2) drop in AUD means sales in Sth America (USD) have made exc margins.
3) mkt penetration into S.America has increased.
4) Sales in WA have fallen off considerably since Nov.
5)BUT... and this is why i bought... sales into the CSG drilling are growing.
6) AJL bought several CSG drillers all of which use IMD prodaucts. Good in-field service has seen IMD keep all these customers despite AJL HO using a different brand of drilling fluid.

Although EPS will be HUGE I expect a 2c Ffr interim and 2cFfr final div. At 30c that is 13.3% and equates to 19% when franking credits are taken into account.

The CEO's outlook will determine the SP. A positive statement will see SP climb up to 38-40c range. Monday will reveal all.
