IMD very rarely gets mentioned on this board. It is a small drilling products and services company that is benefitting from the resources boom. A May 2005 report from the company is at http://www.imdex.com.au/files/May2005Newsletter.pdf and will give you an idea what the company is about.
FY2005 profit should be announced in a few weeks. The exact profit will probably depend on the amount of tax it has to pay. However, the more interesting thing is the EBIT guidance that will be given for FY 2006 plus any statement on dividends. My guess for 2006 EBIT is 7.5million, with an overall profit of say 4.5-5 million. At approx 125 million shares, this gives a EPS of 3.5-4c, or an P/E ratio about 6.
I think dividends will also be paid for FY2006. My guess is 1.25c in total (0.5c interim, 0.75c final), assuming no really big capital spending program is embarked upon. The divvies will be fully franked.
I have recent finished accumulating at 21-22c.
