Thank you for clarifying Laky, couldn't recall who it was.

See, this is where my research differed from what you're implying, as you're assuming its for the purposes to sell or increase equity (which it very may well be). However I would like to think these are being done for the purposes of talking about the product, the technology, the commercial target use of the technology - and therefore would be classed as simply requiring a business visa as opposed to being applicable to any SEC laws.

At the very least I would expect some kind of commercial direction to be discussed.

Now lets assume it is to sell equity, to increase the SP, then yes, the target is retail investors and it absolutely makes sense to be doing these in Australia as I hinted at.

Also thank you to Khoutam Mjs, Tex, H8 and even #tags obsessing and many others over the years. People like Brabant and his essay-long posts from the legality and sharemarket acquisition side of things. Everyone on this forum has contributed to this company in their own way even by simply discussing it.

There's one thing we can all agree on, and that is the near endless potential this technology has. This can't be refuted and its the reason why even "negative" posters are still holding this stock. People hold because they can see the potential.

What we are trying to figure out, is how we convert that potential into commercialisation and hopefully significant profitability for holding onto this company for so long. The people that have sold is because they've determined that the time line for this to occur (if at all) is ouside their scope of acceptance for their investment.

And if anyone still struggles with the tech or who doesn't have an IT / engineering background, Samsung was nice enough to make these very easy to understand short videos.

Now if anyone does want to ask some questions, these are some I wouldn't mind the answer to without any assumptions being made.

Like "Why out of 800+ partners of Imec, that has a revenue of 855 million euros, is 4DS paying approximately double the average compared to other partners with 1.92million per annum?" Now the answer is more than likely because semiconductors are expensive but - a lot of what Imec does is semiconductors. Or perhaps because Imec is now doing all the R&D - but its an assumption... we don't know.

Or "Why do people keep saying Imec probably doesn't want to share the information to the public, when they release 1,300 academic (white) papers per year, many of which are co-authored with their partnered company?" 1,300 papers, 800+ partners, 0 by 4DS.

https://scholar.google.com/ is very useful for seeing what Imec is publishing.. over 50 papers in January and February. Also useful for stealing a whole bunch of citations and references for your university essay thats due tomorrow.
Now whats being discussed about ReRam? Not a whole lot, at least not compared to MRAM whic Imec's own website keeps publishing articles on 2021, 2023 (https://www.imec-int.com/en/articles/novel-sot-mram-architecture-opens-doors-high-density-last-level-cache-memory-applications) - but sure, Imec doesn't like to share information. Again, not a negative.. just an observation in regards to what Imec is sharing information on.

Or "Why has 4DS abandoned patents after only a few years after paying a premium to expedite it, has it been completely replaced by the work of Imec and if so who owns that IP?"
Website still states "Established in 2007, 4DS owns 34 US-granted patents for its in-house developed intellectual property."

Or "What was the yield rate of the each PL?"
Or "What was the data failure rate, or was it 100% after 1.99 billion cycles?"
Or "Does 4DS have a current target market like it used to, and are these PL5 and PL6 being tuned to this target market?"
Or "Why has TSMC partnered with Infineon's Reram product, when by all accounts 4DS's reram has superior capability?"
Or "Why hasn't HGST / WD started working towards packaging 4DS's memory chip so they can experiment with it, which they are legally entitled to license?"
Or "Will the memory chip be 3D stacking or are they just focused on scaling?"
Or "Why isn't retention being shared when this will have to be made public by the acquiring company to be made commercially viable?"
Or "What is the current planned time line for commercialisation?"
    https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/6001/6001993-d303d59596282e067b593388692a5bc7.jpg
As do share holders so they can make informed decisions on their investment on a company with almost nil revenue.

Or "Is acquisition still the plan or is licensing now being considered?"

See.. these are fun questions. Not negative, just questions.
