also, any self help book or counsellor explain the reason people get angry / frustrated is due to expectations.
happens all the time in relationships. you clean the house and expect the mrs to come home and notice and give you a hug, but you didnt know her day didnt go to plan and so she is a bit stressed and doesnt notice. you then feel a bit frustrated your thoughtfulness didnt go noticed.
but in reality, shouldnt expect the other person to behave a certain way.
if you cant plan for events happening that meet or dont meet your expectations then you react negatively when your expectations arent met.
should never assume or expect anything in life to happen a certain way, and youll never be let down.
sure you can "expect" something, but it doesnt mean its wrong if it doesnt happen, or in this case, you havent been told something
