This final iteration is about locking down the recipe. 4DS is indicating this is expected to be the final iteration.

Each chip (hundreds per wafer) has the potential for integration into the IMEC megabit platform. A megabit is only 1/8 of a megabyte. 125K of RERAM. But that's enough to collect statistically significant data.

If this iteration goes to plan I think they will take the chips from the preferred batch and integrate them onto the platform. They are going to have hundreds of these all being cycled and analysed.
