    Any thoughts / conspiracy theories why they needed 2-3 days for a trading halt? At the most, I've only ever seen a 24 hour turn around for trading halts. Surely if it's just an extension announcement or even an announcement to move to the next phase, they wouldn't require such a big window...or even require a halt at all.
