Realistically they’re going to have to test the megabit platform extensively and presuming its all good then find a buyer (though hopefully it’s a case of buyers bidding against each other) and once a deal is accepted the lawyers then get busy - my admittedly small amount of experience is that these deals can take months (and months) to process...
So Q2 or Q3 next year is probably a reasonable time frame, if not an optimistic timeframe...
Would love to be proven completely wrong, but you can’t escape the administrative burden of these things even if the tech is all good to go
