Withdrawing the money is ok .
Transferring the money in other foreign banks , ( mainly laundering ) at times when Greece chases the tax cheats , I think is very...very wrong .
If all the members in the EU are serious of helping each other , all the money outside Greece should be investigated .
Here is a matter of having a united EU , by eliminate corruption .
And must remember , German companies are involved in a lot of bribes etc.
Is not fair to throw the whole Greece in this mud pit , for the benefit of few blood suckers .
