On Sept. 10, according to the first pdf below, the MCC ceremony could take place in Washington.Since the IMF also has its headquarters in Washington, it would be practical, especially since President Chakwera will already be there for MCC, that the IMF also grants and signs the ECF immediately.Would IMO make sense and result as otherwise people will wonder why the USA should go ahead and the IMF follow suit. Either both at the same time or IMF shortly before, which in the end Malawi (and all those waiting for it) will not care.
