At the end of the day the real winners are going to be the lawyers - they make a huge bundle off of these cases if they can win and filter a bit of money too the already annoyed shareholders. WDS has insurance so I wouldn't expect much to happen with the shareprice. It almost sounds like an open shut case anyhow as deals slipped due to the last couple of years of GFC conditions. I'm sure there will be a bit more involved than that and it will no doubt drag out for the benefit of only the lawyers.
