I've just received the attached letter from Brian Burke. I suggest all former cattle holders contact him. Whilst he may not be an angel himself, he is most certainly well connected and may give us another lease on life.




Dear Investor,
Re: 2006 and 2007 Cattle Projects
There is a good chance of getting back our ownership in the 2006 and 2007 Great Southern Cattle Projects.

Unfortunately it, is almost impossible to fight the Banks - who are the main beneficiaries of the
Transfer of the ownership of the cattle projects. Left unchallenged the banks will simply sell the assets (including the cattle and anything else they can get their hands on) and credit the proceeds to the debt Great Southern owes them. Investors will be left with the shares we all know are worthless and with a tax bill for the worthless shares.

lf we succeed in regaining the ownership of the cattle projects we will:
1. get an asset worth something;
2. remove the tax obligation attaching to the shares( now worthless) that were given to us, and
3. force the banks to deal with us as they try to sell assets to retire debt.

Importantly if, w e succeed we wills how the Banks that we will not stand idly by while value is stripped from projects that we all believe we rightfully own and discourage them from leaping to the conclusion that other projects are unviable simply because that suits their objective of selling assets
I have a strategy to reverse the decision by which ownership of these valuable projects was taken from us.
