Unfortunately, with the departure of AM and soon to be departure of BC and other Board members, and with the selll off of all the other assets, the IMF action will be against you and me.

The shareholders as owners of the company will be the ones who will suffer the consequqnces of any payout as the result of the lgal action. AM and co will be safely away elsewhere.

Frankly I don't see the point of the action apart from some shareholders trying to cover their own losses when they made an error of judgement.
