That was blatant with official policy on selling and "encouraging" buying by the big funds. To me that is clear cut actions that can be seen, read and announced by the authorities unlike all the 'read between the lines or actions' to pull out the conspiracy. Blind Freddy could see that but I am surprised the conspiracist here did not discuss this in more detail.
