The IMF spreads destruction wherever it lays its' hand. There is little that is international about this US/Euro. hand of control, but one thing is for certain, it and the current debt based monetary system desperately need to be abolished.

We are all in debt simply because the interest payable is never brought into existence in the first place.

Hungary recently extricated itself from the debt based monetary system and has returned the 'printing' of its currency to the government and away from the foreign controlled central banking system with the secretive Bank of International Settlements at the helm of the system of deception. As a result Hungary has paid off its debt to the IMF and thrown them out of the country. Perhaps the tipping point in Hungary was the theft of pensions (superannuation accounts) by the IMF.
