Ive been through all the IMF cases to date.
I wouldnt be shivering if I was a new shareholder.
1/ These cases take a hell of a long time to reach a conclusion.
2/ The payouts on all but one of these cases wouldn't wreck AFG. In fact if you take the average prob worst case 1/2 6 months profits.
3/ Their will be director indemnities.
4/ No one has actually pointed out specific case of non disclosure by AFG
IMF loves to tout its successes but tells you nothing that I can see of their disasters.
Remember Sons of Gwalia yep long time ago. Well Imf went into bat around 1st November 2004 and still doesn't expect it to end until June 2008.
